Baseden Property Management has a vacancy for a full-time property management administrator who is fluent in Chinese. The ideal applicant will be an extremely well-organized individual and detail orientated with outstanding systems ability and communication skills.

Prior experience in this type of role is not necessarily important but would be a bonus.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Providing reliable and quality administration support to the property management team
Maintaining property management authorities and tenancy agreements
Monitoring incoming and outgoing payments
Communicating with landlords, tenants and maintenance contractors
Monitoring compliance with residential tenancy legislation
General reception tasks
