Multiple rooms available in Ilam area near University of Canterbury.

We have 2 decent size rooms up for rent for $150 each including bills

one larger room available for a single person for $160 or $240 for a couple.

House currently has one person staying in a sleepout. and one other person semi occupied in the property who she isn't always home.
