Rent cost is per week. 2 weeks refundable deposit. No extra cost aside from your personals and food.

Parking in front of hour house or on the street

Enough for 4-5 cars

====== Requirements ==========

Workers or on-campus students only.

Non-smoker, no pets.

We prefer to keep it quiet after 10:00 pm and before 6:30 am.

No cooking or eating meals in the bedroom - snacks/munchies are OK

====== Extra Fee ==========

No extra fee, unless:
Add another person +$30/week
Add a private garage +$20/week
No pets or smokers.
