比如说我放了finance 的condition

最后finance 没有问题，但是屋检出了问题，这样的话可以withdraw offer 吗？

还是说最后反悔，你需要提供证明说是finance方面的问题？

finance condition要银行出具无法贷款的证据，以前口头说说就行了，现在要证明了。

不一定，就看你怎么在合同上写

你说的这个没错，但是我说的是看你怎么写。比如，你加上obtain finance satisfactory to the purchasers "in all aspects"。所以买家还是可以找个借口说哪个条件他不喜欢，这样就称不上"satisfactory in all aspects", 用这理由去推掉。

屋检有问题，银行就不会放款，所以finance这个条件就可以成立，让银行出个证明就行。
买房放的条件越少越好。

你offer上面有没有说通过检查，没有说当然不能撤，如果说了能撤。
