Job Description:

The lead generator's responsibilities include researching & contacting potential customers, reading from aprescribed script, focusing on customer needs to qualify leads, and documentingcustomer information, purchases, and reactions.

A successful Lead Generator has excellent communication skills, is meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of making a sale. Having the ability to generate sales over thetelephone would also be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Initiating calls with potential customers

• Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going

• Listening to the customers' needs tosecure sales leads and repeat sales

• Gathering and documenting customerinformation, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products

Lead Generator Requirements:
• Fluent in English

• Well-spoken with excellent communication skills

• Creative thinking skills

• The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation

• Good sales ability

• Working knowledge of relevant computersoftware

• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
