You will be able to work well individually, and able to manage multiple tasks at all levels. The functions for the role will be the following;
High attention to detail and ability to deliver exceptional customer service
Sourcing, meeting and evaluating tenants looking for homes
Obtaining credit checks, completing references among other investigations to ensure tenants are right for the homes we are looking to secure a tenant for
Creating attractive advertisements for our listings
Professional presentation - a well present skill of properties to both tenants and clients
Troubleshooting skill- to find out issues of property and get in done under time-limited
Maximize the performance within your property portfolio, maximizing revenue through lease and rental negotiations.
Language either in Mandarin/Cantonese is preferable but not essential
Applicants for this position should have
NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
Full driver license
