请问：家里的回收垃圾桶被弄坏了，是直接打电话给council要一个新的就可以了吗？要收钱吗？谢谢

記得以前打去送新的來好像沒收錢
但已好久了

You can ring council. They will help you book, text you and tell you when you have to leave your bin outside Then they will come your place and check it. Maybe they can fix it, if not they will left one new bin for you. No charger.
