不懂就问
之前不是说同一个traffic light下才能互相旅行吗？？那奥克兰12-30才变黄就是15号之后也出不去了吗？？！

目前按照政府官网的解释是可以的

Between 15 December 2021 and 17 January 2022, you can travel into and out of Auckland for any reason but you must follow some restrictions to leave Auckland.

When leaving Auckland, no matter how long you have been inside the boundary:

you must be fully vaccinated and have your My Vaccine Pass with you, or
you must carry evidence of a negative COVID-19 test taken no more than 72 hours before crossing the boundary.
Children under 12 years and 3 months do not need to get tested or have a My Vaccine Pass to travel out of Auckland.

You do not need to follow these restrictions if you are transiting through Auckland without stopping.

下午看到两位带有方言口音普通话的高端人士在那视频里指点江山呢，结果不知怎么了贴子就不见了，所以我也没有搞懂，这到底能不能出城啊……
