We are seeking a full-time hands-on café manager for our very successful café in Northshore. You will need to have a positive happy disposition, with great attitude, be an early bird and be available to work Monday to Friday. The candidate will have had relevant cafe experience, have achieved a Master in Business area and have comprehensive knowledge of the Food Control Plan.
We needs:
Relevant qualification in the management field.
Relevant experience in the food and beverage industry (at least one years).
Availability to work Monday to Friday, need to be available to work weekends and public holiday if needed;
Manage the overall running of the Cafe;
Make purchasing decisions for the Cafe;
Plan budget for the Cafe;
Make rosters for the staff;
Customer complaint handling;
Manage stuff roster;
Manage staffing, food costs and improve profitability through effective management;
Keep stock records;
Handle special functions
Ensure the suitable appearance is maintained
Plan menus with chefs; and many more
Friendly, energetic and an overall team player
