Taksim Kitchen & Bar is looking for a Duty Manager to lead a team and ensure a smooth operation while providing customers with an elevated level of service and hospitality.
The successful candidates will have at least 2 years of experience working in restaurants and bars and hold a current Managers certificate.
We will be looking for someone who is:
Practical working knowledge of hospitality regulations and bar management Ability to coordinate and supervise teams Understand customer service and building long-lasting relationships Leadership skills with previous experience in managing a team Use initiative to troubleshoot problems calmly when under pressure Excellent Communications skills
