Full Time Maternity Leave Contract – Dec 2021 to Nov 2022

Main Responsibilities

Handle and manage day-to-day warranty product sending and receiving activities with customers.
Regular stocktake of faulty and used stock and clearance.
Assist Customer Service/Returns
Work closely with internal departments such as Sales, Warehouse, & Product Managers as required.

Required Skills and Experience

0 – 1 year of experience as customer service.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Work well with dynamic requirements and priorities
Being adept with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel and Outlook is necessary.
IT product knowledge would be preferred but not necessary.

Applicants for this position must have NZ residency or avalid NZ work visa, and are currently living in New Zealand.
