Project Manager Job Description:
To be successful in this role you will need:
· With 9 years experience as a Project Manager
· Managing all project related contracts and producing project scopes, timeframes, cost, quality, communications, risk, procurement and integration.
· Acting as a key member of the Construction Team, working closely with the Employer’s suppliers and subcontractors across a range of sites, keeping health & safety standards and customer satisfaction paramount.
· Effective communications and coordination with the Employer’s internal and external teams, external stakeholders and, most importantly, the Employer’s clients and customers.
· All other related tasks with respect to the Employer’s construction projects considered to be within the responsibilities of a construction project manager.
Site Manager Job Description:
Your Role
· Oversee every phase of the construction project, onsite.
· Assist tender interviews and letting of contracts, including subcontractor negotiations.
· Managing QA and QA processes through all phases of construction.
· Coordinate and organise trades, materials, products and labourers, to ensure the efficiency and productivity of the project as a whole.
· Management of time schedules, timelines and ensuring project quality meets the Employer's standards.
· Implement, run and follow company health and safety guidelines.
· Communicate technical information effectively between stakeholder groups including various engineering, technical, construction, operations and project groups.
· All other related tasks with respect to the Employer’s construction projects considered to be within the responsibilities of a construction site manager.
