Skills and experience

· Prior knowledge in accounts preferred

· Knowledge of basic accountingconcepts

· Prior experience with MYOB preferred

· Good with numbers and data analyzing

Tasks and Duties

· Will act as the contact person forAccounts Payable, resolving any issues that may arise within the field.

· Daily task of monitoring and enteringsupplier invoices.

· Examine and analyze financialrecords.

· Statement reconciliation.

· Liaising with internal and externalstakeholders to resolve payable transaction and queries.

· Invoicing scanning and sorting intofiles.
