Locally owned Immigration advisory business assisting immigrants with all their visas needed to live and work in New Zealand.
We are a close-knit team based in the heart of Auckland CBD looking for a personal assistant to work closely with our Licensed Immigration Advisers.
It is important to be bilingual for this role with an excellent level of proficiency in both Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese)& English.
Chinese: native speaker level
English: at least IELTS 6.5 or equivalent
You will be responsible for:
· Coordinating documents and checking compliance
· Respond to incoming calls and correspondence and redirect as necessary
· Operate and maintain routine and confidential filing systems
· Diary management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and client engagements
· Anticipate and prepare information/documents to facilitate meetings
· Attending meetings and acting as secretary as required
· Follow up on meeting actions requiring completion by relevant parties
· Assist with organizing events, ensuring the smooth operation of the office
· Assisting with report generation with Word and excel
· Assist with marketing and ad hoc administrative tasks as and when required
· Open and distribute appropriately all correspondence
