Aotea Onlineoperates a number of digital strategies and platforms for different markets andcountries. Aotea Online is a large and growing part of Aotea.
Weare looking for an organized, detail orientated and analytical person who lovesthe fast-paced nature of a busy retail environment to join our Aotea Online –PRC Team.
Thisis a 3-month full-time role with the possibility to extend. The ideal candidate for this rolewill have order fulfillment experience, sales skills, and administration qualitiesand have previous work experience in tourism, retail or digital industries (ormail order/freight industry). The successful applicant will:
1. Beresponsible for managing and coordinating order fulfillment
2. Beable to look for ways to improve the logistics processes;
3. Beable to manage stock correctly. Good with numbers.
4. Havethe ability to work flexible hours;
5. Havegreat relationship building, communication, and decision-making skills;
6. Beable to demonstrate previous experience of problem-solving and the ability toresolve customer complaints;
7. Possessthe ability to work autonomously as well as a team member;
8. Be ableto speak, read and write Chinese, as the majority of our customer orders arefreighted to China.
