BAKERS AND PASTRYCOOKS 35 hours per week. Early morning 5am starts, weekend shifts, At Least 1-year of experience required. Basic English required as working in all English environments. Daily baking from scratch of bread loaves and rolls, buns, cakes, muffins, biscuits, and various pastry goods. Tasks Include: l Ensure cleanliness of equipment l Ensure compliance with occupational health and food safety regulations as well keeping food safety required records l Negotiate and ordering baking relate raw material from suppliers l Reduce wastage l kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing and shaping dough and pastry goods l monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times l coordinating the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning and cooling of batches of bread, rolls and pastry products l glazing buns and pastries, and decorating cakes with cream and icing l operating machines which roll and mould dough and cut biscuits
ACCOUNTING CLERK/BOOKKEEPER 30 hours per week. Full training provided, no experience required, must have a relevant accounting degree. Fluent in English as working in all English environments. Tasks include: l Preparing (using Infusion Bussiness Software) monthly customer charge account statement (Accounts Receivable) and answer any charge account inquiry that customers may have. l Ensure all invoices are charged correctly and paid on time, follow up with suppliers or services providers if there are any over charges (AccountPayable). l Maintaining, reconciling and balancing accounts in Xero after receiving payment and despatching payments. l Keep financial records using Xero and liaise with the third party Charted Accountant regarding the company’s annual account filling. l Two monthly GST filling with IRD l Verify and preparing payroll data from timesheets with the store owner or store manager on staff’s weekly timesheet and using Crystal Payroll to process weekly payroll. l Weekly processing payment of wages l PAYE filing with IRD l Using Crystel Payroll to maintain and update files for new and existing employees to record information. l Provides weekly payroll and expenditure reports to assist Store Owner to manage cash flow by Using Crystal Payroll and SAP BI reports.
