We are looking for a motivated Mobile Phone Repair Technician to join our friendly Service Department at our PB Tech Head Office, Manukau.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Carry out the diagnosing/repairing of all types of mobile phones.
2. Ability to achieve daily and monthly repair targets and volumes.
3. Ability to complete repairs to the required standard within the designated time frame.
4. Accurately document repairs/complete job sheets and various internal/external communications.
5. General duties to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
6. Technical support to other team members for intractable problems.
The successful candidate must have the following attributes:
• Minimum one year of proven practical work experience in a similar field.
• Good knowledge and experience in ICT/mobile phones and electronic equipment are essential.
• Excellent computer technical skills including Microsoft office, implementation, and end-user interaction, computer products, and applications knowledge computer networking systems.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management with good attention to detail, prioritizing, and multitasking skills.
• Good work ethics and an excellent team player.
