QS (Quantity Surveyor)
Job Requirement More than three years of QS experience in the construction industry, prefer QS professional education background.
Fluent in reading, writing and speaking in English.
Strong communication skills.
Careful and rigorous work.
Dedicated and diligent.
Proactive, organized.
Responsible and teamwork spirit.
Be able to review and disassemble drawings.
Be proficient in various QS software and work specification processes
Able to work under high volume & high pressure and complete work on time when required. We have a large number of subcontractors and suppliers.
Job description formulates the companies QS related cost control operating specifications and procedures.
Carry out construction project budget, inquiry, price comparison and pricing.
Cooperate closely with suppliers, subcontractors, accountants, project managers and site managers to order.
Deliver, accept, check, approve and pay bills for the entire construction project, strictly control costs, not exceed budget, and discover in time problems and problem solving.
