LEGAL EXECUTIVE/LEGAL SECRETARY POSITION, PART/FULL TIME,
We need a part/full time legal secretary/executive to join our firm (Please note the work place is in Hamilton).
The followings are required:
• excellent user of a computer and office software (e.g. email and Word programme)
• attention to details, strong organisational skills and a professional attitude
• qualification in law (legal executive) or English or other relevant qualification
• entitlement to work in New Zealand
Ability to speak Mandarin/Cantonese would be a bonus but not essential.
Job description will include:
- General office administration, including answering phone calls, greeting clients handling daily mails, general book-keepings , and administration of documents (eg. Archive files, deeds registration …), etc.
- Assisting other solicitors in handling conveyancing and/or commercial transaction files
