Working as Restaurant Manager.

Manage staff and roster.

Manage running of restaurant.

Take orders and bookings.

Serve customers and deals with complains.

Manage menu.

Liaise with chefs.

Enforce & maintain Food Control Plans.

Stock ordering.

Enforce Sale of Liquor Act and train staff to abide in this law.

Able to work weekends and public holidays. Able to work late nights until 2am.

Has a current Manager Certificate.

Minimum of 2 years restaurant experience necessary.

Restaurant managerial experience necessary.

Some understanding of Chinese meals necessary.

Excellent work ethics.

Polite, punctual, courteous and good common sense.

Has a car to travel with, as some travelling may be needed.
