OurLifting expertise includes lifting houses for repiling, basementconversions, renovations, subsidence works, and house re-positioning. Due to continuous business growth, we are currently seeking an IntermediateQuantity Surveyor / Project Manager joining our professional specialistteam. This is a dynamic and challenging role which plays as an important part to achieve company financial targets.

What we expect from you:
· Analysis of contract documents, budgets, estimates andsubcontractor quotations
· Reviewing contract terms and conditions
· Negotiating favorable outcomes with clients,subcontractors and suppliers
· Risk management and problem solving
· Assessing payment claims and variations
· Measuring, estimating and valuing variation claims
· Compiling and submission of variation claims
· Monthly cost reporting and accurate cost forecasting
· Managing relationships with clients and key projectstakeholders
· Working with the project team to ensure maximumprofitability
· A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management related
· A minimum of 3 years relevant experience
· Experience seeing a project through to final account
· Experience with cost control, budget monitoring andreporting on projects
· Experience with risk management
· Experience leading and developing a team of QuantitySurveyors
· An ability to work with numerous stakeholders at variouslevels
