How do I cancel my True Rewards card or close my True Rewards account?

To remove a credit card from your True Rewards account please visit any ASB branch, or call us on 0800 878 373.
Once you remove your credit card, you will no longer earn True Rewards dollars for any spend on that credit card.
If you close all eligible credit cards associated with your True Rewards account or no longer want to be part of the True Rewards programme, your True Rewards account will be closed and you will not be able to use your True Rewards card.
