We are a small, but fast growing law firm located in North Shore, Auckland. We are seeking a full time Legal Executive / Legal Assistant to join our friendly working environment. About you: - A proactive “can do” attitude is a must;
- Previous experience in a similar role, but not necessary;
- Advanced Microsoft Word and Outlook skills;
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Strong communication skills, including excellent written and verbal English and Mandarin;
- Excellent organization skills with time management, and will be a great time-keeper
- Able to work under pressure, and be a superb with multi-tasking
Above all, you will be a positive and eager team player with a dedication to working collaboratively to produce outstanding results You will also share responsibility for a wide range of duties that support the smooth running of a professional office. These will range from reception duties, meeting and greeting clients and filing, to secretarial / administration support. We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable performing the more menial (but necessary) duties, as they are with more complex office management tasks. The role represents a fantastic opportunity for someone gaining their first office experience or looking to utilise their current excellent skill base and expand their experience well beyond pure secretarial work while working in a friendly environment.
