请教一下，正在看的一间房的LIM上有一条Defective Drainage。原文是：

Council has inspected the private wastewater drainage on this property to ascertain the potential for stormwater ingress into the public wastewater system. Where stormwater ingress exists, the property owner maybe required to repair the drainage system to Council's standards at the property owner's expense.

Inspection Date | Inspection Result | Description
------------------------------------------------------------
22/01/2010 | Not Applicable | Defects of a property’s private wastewater systemwas identified, and a Notice to remedy DefectiveDrainage has been sent to the property owner.

这种问题大吗？没太领会具体问题。。。是因为自己挖的废水管道有可能把雨水排到废水井了吗？
如果要修并且申请CCC的话费用大概是多少啊？多谢

我經常都在啦哈 carrot 的帖子在這裡雖然以分割為主但這些和管道有關的事情他應該也懂
