Newly built apartment near Ara city campus (driving 4 minutes or cycling 7 minutes). Brand new bed (queen size sleepyhead bed that is locally made very comfortable), new wash machine, new fridge and new kitchen. Rent is $160 (including internet and furniture) +sharing electricity (around $5-15 per week); available time is early March 2021. Suitable for students who go to Ara for study or work near the city. House owner is currently studying in Ara and also working part-time. Very quiet and can speak English, Mandarin and basic Japanese.
