We are a new home fitness equipment retail andwhole seller based in Christchurch city centre. We provide good qualityexercise goods to customers, retail, and commercial customers with a reputationfor quality and customer satisfaction. We sell our products online and in-store.
The Role:
As the first point of contact in our store, you’llbe based on our showroom in city serving the customers from online shop and thewalk-in customers to the showroom, processing sales, answering phone enquiries,picking and packing orders and providing customers with all-round solutionswhile exceeding their expectations.
· Experience in managing customerservice and operational/delivery issues to resolution while remainingempathetic to the customer. (you could have a retail or other front-facing/customer service background)
· Exceptionalcommunication skills, such as active listening, the ability to communicateeffectively - using all channels (verbal and written) of email, phone, lifechat and face to face communication.
· Look after the Trademeonline shop by answering inbound enquiries in a timely professional manner.Answering enquires from Facebook, Instagram and the other social platform, tomaintain and develop the customer relationship.
· Picking and packingorders. Arrange shipping and delivery of the orders.
· The ability to supportthe sales team to ensure every sales opportunity is realised.
