本公司承接各种家庭住房工程，致力于为居住在新西兰的华人和日本人建造梦想家园，现因业务拓展需要，面向公众诚招市场专员一名。详细如下：

一职责范围
拟招聘的市场专员的主要职责范围为市场营销、客户沟通和现场沟通。
市场营销，现居住于新西兰的华人和日本人对于住房的要求与日俱增，拟招聘的市场专员需积极开展市场拓展、客户营销，熟练运用各种市场营销工具，为公司寻找优质客户。
客户沟通，在住房施工的各个阶段，和客户保持良好的沟通，熟练运用各种沟通渠道，积极配合客户的需求，达到客户满意的效果。
现场沟通，将客户的需求传达到施工现场，协调各方，将客户的要求准确地转化为最后的建筑成果。

二招聘要求
为人亲和，认真负责，具有丰富的市场营销经验和较强的共同协调能力。
语言流畅，需能熟练地运用中文和日文进行书面和口头的沟通。
需持有新西兰完全驾照。

We are focusing on residential construction for the Chinese and Japanese living in New Zealand. For the purpose of business expand, we plan to employ a marketing coordinator from public, the details are as follows:

Job description

The marketing coordinator is responsible for marketing and client and constrcution communication.

Since the fast-growing desires for residential places from Chinese and Japanese who live in New Zealand, the marketing coordinator needs to try best to expand the market, familiar with the marketing tools, to find the perfect customers for the company.

Client communication, keep good communication with clients during each stage of the construction using various ways efficiently, working with the clients to satisfy their desires.

Construction communication, pass the clients' requirements to the construction site, cooperating with various parties, to ensure the project proceed smoothly to convert clients’ needs into the final outcomes.

Requirements

Being nice, conscientious and having sufficient marketing experiences and strong cooperative skills,

Good language skills, fluent in writing and speaking Chinese and Japanese.

Holding New Zealand full licence.
