Quantity Surveyor -Intermediate Level

Golden Land Civil is a land development company based in East Auckland. Due to market growth, we are now seeking aproactive, fully qualified Intermediate QS to join our team.

About the role

· Completing projectestimates and measures

· Preparation ofpurchase orders

· Coordination ofvariations

· Management ofsupplier and contractor agreements

· Liaising closelywith design and construction team

· Preparation ofclient contracts and addendum

· Assistance inmanaging Health and Safety

· Job cost financialreporting

Skills and experience

· 3+ years'experience working on residential

· Relevantdiploma/degree

· Trade and/or Designbackground preferred

· Experiencesuccessfully managing costs through project life cycle

· Ability toconfidently navigate your way around sites and provide technical knowledge tothe build teams

· Ability to workwell within a team and communicate effectively with team members both verbaland written in English and Mandarin

· Be outgoing andpersonable
