We are looking for technical support with a 'can do' attitude for the Repair department, who undertakes their day to day responsibility with enthusiasm and energy.

Responsibilities and Duties

Assist with maintenance / repair service for Demo products
Assist with maintenance / repair service for products at customers' place
Assist with products / parts inventory management
Maintain repair records and report to senior manager at weekly basis
Travel outside Auckland and Australia from time to time

Qualifications and Skills

Ideally, you have experience in mechanical equipment repair, and would display the following:

Fluent articulation English. Candidates with Chinese language background will be an advantage
Willingness to be an integral part of the team
Willingness to travel outside Auckland and to Australia occationally
Excellent communication skills with a high attention to detail
Mechanical/Electronic repair experience ideally within a workshop environment
Proficient computer skills in Word and Excel

All applicants must process the following:

NZ Residency or a valid Working Visa in NZ to work full time status
Full Driving License
Ability to complete routine tasks and work in a workshop location
Ability to adapt to work alone or in a team based environment depending on the task
