Office Administrator Procurement Support

Healthy and Fresh Ltd is seeking an administrator to join our friendly and fast-paced team.

We are a fast growing, wholesale and import/export produce business based in Airport Oaks, Auckland.

The successful applicant will be required for the following tasks

- Assist all aspects of procurement management, including placing orders and sourcing products for daily supply

- Stock control and quality control

- Assist procurement planning

- Developing and maintaining supplier relationships

Qualifications, attributes and experience sought

- At least 1-2 years’ work experience

- Great communication and coordination skills

- Team spirit and focused, can-do attitude

- Preferable has experience working in the freshfood industry

- Preferably fluent in English and Chinese
