我疫情前把我一个老房子卖了，1960年代的weather board房子，3月底交割的。卖之前有自己请了正规洋人公司做builder report，中介是洋人，买家也是洋人，下的无条件offer，买家是买来自住的，所以听中介说近几周才搬进去。但今天中介突然找我说买家住进去以后发现了两个大问题，一个是屋顶状况比想象中的差（铁皮屋顶），导致有漏水情况，第二是drain全被草根长满了，堵了要整条pipe都换掉。中介发email来说我之前有没有知道这些情况，为什么卖的时候没有因为这些情况写disclosure，我就奇了怪了，我住着没漏，找了builder做builder report也没看出漏啥了，下水道我用得也好好的，没事我写啥disclosure？你因为疫情空了半年，像这种问题，求教各位，我应该怎么应对呢？

right, there are some people who will want to try to see if they can get some money back (like buyers remorse).

They talked to agent to see if agent can do something for them.
LZ should talk back to agent " you should have advised them to do their own builder report and any due deligent, righ? bimba"

I would do that too...haha, no harm trying, might get some money back by just moving lips, why not?

TO prevent moving lip buyers, next time put in a clause

" buyers acknowleges having done their own due diligence is taking the property on an as-is where is basis"

这个事情，你写个信给对方。你住的时候下水道没有问题。
有问题，他需要自行维护，这个修下水道不是一般的贵，
下水道不是电器，需要提供warranty .
就是有问题，也是builder 的事情。
现在说什么也不能修，没有几万块都修不了
