请问中介发了个邮件,说投资房12月1日前按出租房法规要healthy homes assessment或者自己填写[size=13.3333px]Compliance statement,[size=13.3333px]这两年已经装了上下保暖,卫浴风扇,取暖啥的,我以为就算满足了,但是刚才仔细看看中介提供的样本,简直就像个全面检查,难道有点问题,都要修复?大家有收到类似邮件么?谢谢

感觉明年租房法庭估计会很忙,直接排到2025年开庭算了

简单回答就是按中介的意思做就好,对你的房子也是一种保护。很多项也就是查查,大部分应该是已经合格了。

木头多多少少有变形漏风,我也不知道中介能不能应付过去。
