无条件两天了，中介还没有问我要deposit，什么情况？现在地产中介都这么忙吗？

deposit收到十天后中介就可以收佣金了，不需要等settlement，因为settle不settle不是中介的问题，佣金已经入袋了

如果合同是被你律师变成无条件的，基本这个就是你的了，但前提是，你中介要让卖家在合同上签字。

yes, that is why it is recommendable to have a dual diligence clause, but most people don't do it.

你签买卖 agreement 前给律师看，律师会帮你加，告诉你这个重要。如果 last minute 不能 settle，仲介也不可以拿走钱。

现在都倾向于直接出Unconditional。不管楼主是直接unconditional 还是啥，都已经成定局了。中介才不会关心最后settle成不，他都有佣金。

deposit 是在无条件当天要转到中介公司的trust accout上面，一般是售价的10% 翻译成中文是“定金”
