康拉德集团是新西兰最大的公寓地产开发商

康拉德集团成立于1994年，已建设超过 4,200 套住宅和零售单元。从2013年年初开始，康拉德集团已预售1200多套住宅/零售单元，目前有2个高层项目正在建设中。

康拉德集团在以下地方设有分公司
- 奥克兰，新西兰
- 悉尼，新南威尔士，澳大利亚
- 新加坡

公司目前正处于增长期，诚聘具有不同专业背景的房产销售人员。
我们目前招聘的职位是地产销售推广专员和实习生岗位。

工作职位职责主要是开拓本地和海外的销售市场，寻找对我们项目感兴趣的买家和有合作意向的渠道；微信公众号和其他网络媒体平台的运营。

相比房地产销售经验，我们更看重的是：

您的沟通方式，以及和客户建立融洽、信任关系的能力;

注重工作细节，乐于学习新的知识，有较强的学习能力；

态度积极主动，并注重职业道德;

具备构建和维护人脉的能力。

Established in 1994, together, The Conrad Group of Companies have developed in excess of 4,200 residences and boutique retail spaces. Since early 2013, the Conrad Group has pre-sold over 1200 residences/ retail spaces and currently has 2 high rise projects under construction. The Conrad Group has offices in

We are currently in a period of growth and are seeking additional team members with varying professional backgrounds to join us.
(1) Salesperson
- Real estate, sales and marketing background preferred
- Bi-lingual / multi-lingual an advantage
- loves to travel and meet people

(2) Interns
- Presentation/public speaking skills
- Marketing background
- Social media platforms operating skills (eg Facebook, Instagram, Wechat etc)
- Flyer, marketing material designing
- Must have interest in real estate & sales

The role would require you to be working with local and overseas clients, using your creativity to market and sell our products.

实习期主要是培训，不需要坐班。没有底薪，有提成。

公司有不同的销售团队，我们团队有正规的面试培训流程。你说的只招富二代的团队已经离开公司了很久了。

公司还是这个公司，没有改头换面哈。只是招人的团队不同。
