曾经有过房子，已经卖了，没用过kiwisaver, 再买房的时候可以把kiwisaver 里面的钱提出来吗。kiwisaver在anz银行。

我看网上有各种说法，请问有没有人跟我一样的情况

Have been a member of a KiwiSaver scheme or complying superannuation fund for at least three years,

Be buying a home or land in New Zealand,

Have not made a first home withdrawal before.

政府为了鼓励炒房，已经改了规则，去年就改了。要不是哪来这么多洋人欢天喜地住进了Chinese sounding name盖的新房。

这里不会有答案的，按7楼的去kaingaora.govt.nz 申请，批了，会有一个批准信，买到房了，把信给ANZ KIWISAVER PROCESS WITHDRAWN. 如果不批，就没法取KIWISAVER了。
不过nothing to lose, 就申请一下吧。
