这个应该算是名副其实的凶宅了吧？吓死了

Human remains found in concrete at Mt Eden villa identified as missing property owner

The human remains found entombed in concrete at an Auckland villa in January have been identified.

The Auckland City Police confirmed on Friday the deceased was David Stanley Hart, the former owner of a boarding house at the Marlborough Street property in Mt Eden.

Hart went missing years before the bones were discovered on January 31.

The cause of death and how he became entombed in the concrete is still unknown.

Acting detective senior sergeant Mark Franich says police are pleased they were able to identify the remains.

"It is a credit to the investigation team and to ESR that we have been able to get to the stage where an identification of Mr Hart has been made as it has been a long, complex and exhaustive process," Franich said.

The death is currently being treated as suspicious and police have spoken to a number of people that have previously resided at the property.

Police are asking anyone who may have had contact with Hart from March 2004 or have been involved in the house until 2016, to phone the non emergency police number 105.

Hart’s family has been notified.

我买的都是很老很破的破烂房子，底下都不知道有多少尸体，不过我从来都不改建加建，只有很简单的装修，眼不见为净。。。哈哈！！！

话说，就算是全新房，盖的时候也可能死过人的

我觉得他风水上的造诣绝对不亚于这套房子系统的

这个房按现在市值应该在2.4M左右，但在Property Value上㫫示上一次成交是2019年7月，成交价是63.8W，难道是屋主家族内部交易？

The property last sold for $638,000 on 1 July 2019. It was sold by Barfoot & Thompson, and took 22 days to sell.

我也怀疑是有什么内幕，因为现任房主到处上蹿下跳的，还上电台访问，可能是在变相打广告，房子应该不久就会上市吧？哈哈！！！

楼上都看错了，卖63万8的不是mt eden. 这个房子17年底卖，18年初交割的160万。

应该没错吧，Property Value已经纪录了2017年12月的成交价160w。其它网站也有纪录，比如Relab也记录2019年5月开价岀售，但没有纪录成交价格
