4笔贷款（30，30，20，15）马上就要到期了，是都定在浮动利率好呢？还是其中一笔定1年的，其它3笔定浮动？

问题是OCR还有很大的下行空间。ASB1年的可以做到2.49

anz也可以啊，直接网上fix就行了，我还有十来天到期，准备再等等，哈哈

之前RBNZ放风说有可能要到负息，而且政府也说1年内不会涨息，所以现在选择最多的会是6个月或者1年。

me too, break cost $7000... just break this week...

It was 6400 at the 7th of August.

Then change to 6900 two weeks after...

But have to do it la. So paid nearly 7000.

Didn't save any money by breaking it, possibly break even.

But if the interest keeps drop then the saving will come.

How silly for me to lock it until 2022? Now I paid for my lesson...

没有最低，只有更低，专家说还能降到 1.5%。

你的看起来还合理，我的是18年fix两年到今年11月底，这周一问的，要2900+的break fee。不敢相信。打了两次电话确认。

For less than 6 month, 2900+ break fee is too much.

Might just wait until it mature.

Mine one is still 2 years away from mature, so have to break it otherwise waste too much money on interest. 3.89% is the rate I locked in...
