标题: easement车道，我可以要求邻居和我一起平均出维修费吗？ [打印本页]

车道是我家的地(freehold)。邻居有权使用我的车道进出。是easement的那种，但是不是产权上的share driveway。现在车道的地面出现破损，我可以要求邻居和我一起平均出维修费吗？

如果车道算你的面积, 写在你的title 里面了按道理应该是你出维修费用, 虽然你没有独自使用,但是在文件上,或者买卖上你的面积很漂亮, 所以你占了不是很便宜的便宜, 懂吗 ,呵呵就是这个意思, 你应该独立维修, 如果你需要从新做车道可以和我联系 0226376508 谢谢,仅供参考

以后卖房子的时候，你会把车道部分的钱分给你邻居吗？

邻居是要出钱的。reasonable share. property law act. land transfer regulation 都有写的

each grantee is responsible for arranging the repair and maintenance of the easement facility, and for the associated costs, so as to keep the facility in good order and to prevent it from becoming a danger or nuisance.

the right to a reasonable contribution towards the cost of establishment, maintenance, upkeep, and repair of the driveway to an appropriate standard;

Property law act,里面的 schedule 5 你搜索就好了

留下email或者书面记录，说明邻居同意付多少比例。然后再动工
