We are seeking a passionate performer to join our high performance and result driven team based on our Auckland Branch, provide smooth operation specifically in the areas of HR, office administration to support our management team.
Your role included but not limited to:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the office.
• Contributing to the planning and reviewing of office services standards, health and safety regulations.
• Human resources including hiring, training, monitoring and reviewing work performance.
• Managing data, accounts, files, reports and records.
• Liaising with different department, professionals and co-operators.
• Organising meetings, internal & external events
• Ensuring company equipment, expenses and supplies are maintained
• Ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures
You are expected:
• A good knowledge of KPI and background of people management
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to liaise with all levels of personnel
• Focus on details
• Advanced computer skills
• Excellent self-managing skills
• Good decision making and problem solving skills
• Available to start as soon as possible
• Knowledge of online trading would be preferred
• 1-2 years related experience
