wage subsidy的电话这几天一直都打不通，说都在忙然后就挂掉了，大家有没有试过？0800408040 还是有别的电话可以打？

Only company that pay tax and can prove 30% drop in business for 4 people employees (for small businesses)

For medium-sized company, 50% drops in business.

Your tax return is the proof of loss of business.

Most Chinese companies will find it difficult to qualify especially cafe/ restaurant business if you evade/under-declare your tax in the past
Also, if you claim the subsidy wilfully or recklessly, there are consequences.

没有紧急的事情不要打电话给他们，你以为他们现在闲啊。之前是争取5个工作日内，现在这一条都删了。根本忙不过来。不管批或者拒都会给你邮件的。没邮件就耐心等。

别打了简直就是浪费时间而且打了他们统一回复没法告知入款日期耐心等 0800408040 这个电话他们开门从8-5点你最好从7点50就开始打，才能打进去，大概等个15分钟就可以了，其余时间根本打不进去，只能等早上这一波当然回复还是一样的。。。我昨天打的时候居然告知如果5天之内没有收到付款重新申请一遍可能丢失。。。。。。所以昨天我又重新申请了一遍。。。。哎

網上填表格就好，不用打電話去做。

你电话打得不对应该打work and income 你搜索一下在谷歌有中文服务比较难打你多试几次肯定可以打通

您好一直没消息的话可以重新递交申请是吗？不会有影响吧

Here is the official Declaration – COVID-19 Wage Subsidy Scheme. Maybe you need to have a good read through first.

"your business has experienced a minimum 30% decline in actual or predicted revenue over the period of a month when compared to the same month last year, or a reasonably equivalent month for a business operating less than a year or a high growth business that has experienced a significant increase in revenue, and that revenue loss is attributable to the COVID-19 outbreak"

During the 4 weeks lockdown, those businesses you mentioned have basically ZERO turnover. Chinese businesses or not, what makes you think they may not be qualified in any way??
