皇后镇护士感染，卫生部的医护人员防护指南的效果开始显现了。能够有这个成绩当然是跟卫生部长的卓越领导分不开的。
这个工党大红人David Clark有着什么样的专业背景，才能以如此高超的专业水准带领卫生部取得这样的傲人成绩呢？在维基上关于David Clark的教育背景如下：

In 1991, Clark moved to Dunedin to study at the University of Otago. He initially studied medicine but abandoned that in favour of pursuing degrees in theology and philosophy. Clark also studied theology and philosophy at Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen.

部长大人刚开始在奥塔哥学药学，然后放弃，转而学神学和哲学。我想部长大人放弃药学肯定不是因为药学太难或者太枯燥了，一定是部长大人也觉得“医学并非一件紧要事”，需要用另一种方式来帮助国民。

于是，在部长大人的专业建议之下，新西兰才会有这么好的教科书，而政府才能在这防疫战役中无处不彰显着神学的光芒。

卫生部部长本来就不需要有医学学位啊

别忘了新西兰教育水平就这样，能有个大学学历已经很不错啦

说学校最安全的教育部长也是学政治的而已
Chris Hipkins attended Waterloo Primary School, Hutt Intermediate and Hutt Valley Memorial College (later known as Petone College), where he was the Head Boy in 1996. He went on to complete a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Politics and Criminology at Victoria University.
After completing his study, Chris worked in the industry training sector. Before becoming an MP he also worked at parliament, first as Senior Advisor to two Education Ministers and later in the office of the then Prime Minister Helen Clark.

而且神学说不定真的是解决世界所有问题的终极答案，不然牛逼顿怎么会花了半辈子去研究？

Dr Ashley Bloomfield: Director-General of Health and Chief Executive

Dr Bloomfield qualified in medicine at the University of Auckland in 1990 and after several years of clinical work specialised in public health medicine. His particular area of professional interest is non-communicable disease prevention and control, and he spent 2011 at the World Health Organization in Geneva working on this topic at a global level.

Dr Bloomfield was Chief Executive at Hutt Valley District Health Board from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, he held a number of senior leadership roles within the Ministry of Health.

就你一个明白人，嘻嘻

他们都是傻，部长以及总理都没有任何专业的知识背景，他们只是读稿和采纳各部分的意见。这些三年一换的播音器下台就没啥作用了，那些公务员可是十年如一日的在掌控政府

这里不像中国，虽然很多官员很贪，但是有很大一部分都是有很扎实的专业知识，别看人家肚满肠肥，人家可能英文说的比你还溜
