现在的股价是净资产的一半，问题是没有多少人卖这个股票，想以当时的价格买买不到啊。

暂时还买不得，业绩炸弹要年底才爆。政府的900MILLION 债务暂时还没看到细节。比如INTEREST RATE多少？债转股的话，就是大问题了。法人股之后流通不流通都是问题。我看跌回2毛左右准备长期横盘吧

1) Chinese airlines / Southern airlines can offer to buy AIR, but Government won't allow.
2)Singapore Airline is very interest to buy Air NZ as well.

3) Interest is 8% for first 600 million and further 300 million for 9%. At the moment, it is contingency drawdown available to the airline when the cash fall below the reserve.

4) government owns 52% and can become 70% equity owner by next year if the loan is not repaid. It will be like a power company / watercare etc. Partially state-owned enterprise.

5) Selling Air NZ is like selling All Black to overseas buyers. Once it is sold, is difficult to get it back.

最大的股东我记得是政府？那就是为了保证个公司，不想抛售？还是大家都憋着等着涨回来？

NO, not a good rate.

But, a beggar has no much choice. The airline is the one who asks for money from the Shareholders, so, it is shareholders loan at an arm's length.

Like I said, if there is a suitor offer to buy, the government is the major shareholder can turn it down.

The major work now is cutting costs - from 450 million a month to say 100 million a month. If they can there is a chance to survive. When a company is too big, costs is too high. A lot of people's jobs are no longer relevant if the airline is becoming a small airline serving a few routes at this stage.

If the lockdown continues for another 3-6 months, all evils will surface. They will be asking for more money.

At the moment is keeping it afloat, but if the lifeline is turn off, more drama will come.

So as for other companies and NZ government, another few more months will bring the whole country to its knees.

The government does not have many $12 billion.Another $12 billion will make NZ into Greece.

这次比911还要惨，等着看吧
