白天是正常时间，可找不了。

谁说的？什么时候都会有过分的噪音，只是白天的容忍度比较高，但是不代表就不能投诉。这个就是很多人的误解，以为白天noise control不管。。。哈哈

我说的不管有条件：不在管的时间段，不在管的噪音范围内。

is it illegal to wear pyjamas in the park? i saw many of them wearing sleep wear in the supermarket and the park.
Can I report them to Immigration or police for indecently exposing their breast (some not wearing bra)?
