There is nothing wrong. I received email from my child's school, mentioning the same thing, asking whether any travelling from China and alert cautions.
It is perfectly normal if you go back to China and have a flu after that, people won't want you to be in the office, right?
Or your boss might want to look at your lunch box to see what you normally eat..... that will be a bit too far.
