Duties include:
-read emails, print drawing, print site photos,and distribute emails to director and staffs.
-clean, maintenance office, ensure doors areclosed and alarms on by daily basis
-purchase office stationery and office necessarieslike toilet paper, hand towel and etc.
-answer the phone
-meet the staffs, clients, subcontractor andsupplier
-order paints and tools when need
-do costing for on-going projects and report todirector when need
-calculate wages, prepare wages slip and recordwages book every fortnightly
-fill paye online every fortnightly
-record company information in accordance
-manage office staff online accounts likeaconex and google accounts
-book site safe course when need
-prepare the preview GST for director every 2month
-keep record and updated subcontractor documents,staff information, supplier and main contractors contact details
-learn and understand basic relevant regulation
-check payment receiving status and follow up
-check payment outgoing and keep information convenienceto find out
-check supplier invoices and prepare all invoicespaid by 20th of each month
-balance the bank statement and follow upsubcontractor invoices by monthly
-collect and record the rents and distribute todirectors
-record and update staff leaves
-check material invoices with site managers
-collect, distribute and keep order book andwork order
-assist directors to prepare work order andpayment claims
-fluent communication by Chinese and English
-balance check book
-writing site safe documents by projects basedon the format given
-make the tender summary and keep drawing easyto take out
