As a rule of thumb, you should be able to build at least 30 times your earned income amount through your property portfolio in a surprisingly short period of two years. This property portfolio value should also double every seven to ten years.

剛看了她linkedin profile，覺得比其他mentor 好像更利害一點，是豆腐教出來的嗎？

我觉得应该是吧，linkedin上面显示 Gary Lin也为她背书。

我比较好奇的是：她17M 的组合中，贷款有多少？

因为17M 肯定是她的总资产。只说资产不说负债有点那个。。。。。。。

当然，我不怀疑她的成功。

不为啥啊。但她这种说法有点哗众取宠的感觉。

如果是我的话，我会说：I have $17M property portfolio with equity of $XXX. 这样更加真实。

我看這些mentors，property value 很多時候都是誇大的。。。水份不少。

哦。广告肯定不可以这么做啊。肯定是“我可以让你的资产2年提高30倍,不信我？我可是有17m资产的人哦”
