I don't think you actually are coverred under consumer gurantee when purchasing through Trade Me.
I am actually surprised that he covers you.

Did you have any traceable evidence for him agreeing sending a truck to pick up and repair for you and deliever back to you? If not, I think you'd better just buy a new one.

Also, he would not for sure cover consequential loss related to your tenant moved out.

先和TradeMe沟通，他们可以退款。

Incorrect, the seller is in trade therefore it is not a private sale and is covered by both the Fair Trading Act and the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Please do not mislead people.

I think they will replace it for you if you bring it back yourself.
The problem is that you are in Hamilton, the freight cost would be more than that cheap bed frame anyway.

By the way, 2pm is early afternoon, not early morning

agreed. They do not need to cover freight. They can as a courtesy.

CGA是cover online purchase的，尤其是新货还有二手店的货
如果私人二手的话倒很难。但是如果是在trademe 店里买的新床，法律上来说，是跟在任何商店买的一样

其实这个太好解决了
tribunal。一定赢。
LZ能写出来这些description,上tribunal就没问题，你只要能写的明白，照着读就行，不需要跟他argue

估计你这个因为床损失三个月租金，很难获得支持吧！你可以再买一个啊！
而且这种结构，根本就不能撑住那么大的床。这种板子的床，单人的还差不多。你完全可以在trademe上买个二手的床垫支架，而不是这种劣质床架。

I do not think my english writing had any major problem. I think the guy who commented on my english writing does not know what formal written english is about.

Thanks for your support and suggestion.

Unfortunately, I am using a computer which does not allow me to install Chinese typing feature without Authorisation.
