东区那200平地300平房要么红色砖瓦小炮楼，要么屎色砖瓦小碉堡一样的房子，我刚来还以为到了广东福建土豪村支书捐的宅基地。

说的是flat bush吧？那边也没那么不堪。200的地是hobsonville。flat bush这边一般还是有400多的地的。不过新区的房，基本也都是这样的风格了，毕竟100来万住新房，在奥克兰也就只能这样了。

不是不说普通发是胡建len把h,r换成l 因为在闽南语里没有f没有huang色是有huan色

每次房市涨起来的时候必定有北岸和东区之争，上次是什么垃圾堆PINEHILL,rich chinese, 东区是FLAT BUSH也不怎么了，也不明白到底FLAT BUSH是东区还是南区，中区人民无欲无求不争了

很多人啊，albany, flatbush刚开发的时候看不上，号称鸟不拉屎的地方，pinehill看不上，号称垃圾山，onehunga看不上，号称毛岛区，但是这么多年过去了，已经变成很多人高攀不上的地方了。

东区除了堵车会让你怀疑人生，还有高压电塔能让你可以荡秋千以外，其实其他都挺好的。很适合退休的老移民住，很人性化的一个地区，几乎啥都有。。。哈哈！！！

也就pakuranga 和 flat bush那边又吧？剩下的整个东区北部就没了。

中区华人集中的地方，比较一般，比如mt roskill。很难有个华人占多数的区比较好（不是说没有华人在好区，只是比例较低，比如remuera也很多华人，但是一说remuera还是洋人区）。但是pinehill, flat bush等就不一样了,一说就是华人区。自然要拼一下看谁才是老大。
