标题: 永久回头签申请可以提前寄吗？ [打印本页]

最近移民局的工作效率很低，移民监要到下个月中旬到期。所以想提前把申请递上去，
这种方法可行吗？会不会被移民局退回来说时间到了才能递交？有没有人提交成功的?

有可能会得，因为原则上你的申请收到日是移民局的签收日。如果移民官好可能会把申请收下，碰到比较死的那种，就很难说

You must have held a resident visa for at least 24 months before you can be granted a permanent resident visa.If you have held a resident visa for a shorter period, you will not be granted a permanent resident visa and maybe granted a 12-month variation of travel conditions instead.

我以前提前申请了在第二年的183天后结果给我延长了一年的resident visa
血的教训啊。。。。

是要在RV 到期的当天才能提交申请？那申请过程中rv到期了怎么办？

到期的travel conditions，你不出新西兰永远有效。

你准备提前多久？如果9月1日到期，你提前个3，4天也许没什么。如果你提前1、2个月移民局会认为你不符合规定。

真的吗？这不就相当于你最后等了3年才拿到PRV吗？你当时怎么处理的，最后多等了一年，你可以跟移民局说你搞错了，让他们撤销延长的决定吗？

我理解你说的意思是人家给你延期了一年travel conditions。你自己到了24月，应该可以再填张表申请PRV。不用总共要36个月。

submitted about a week prior it should be and we have received the approved IRRV. if you lodged it too early, it might be returned. it's better to write a cover letter to ask them contact you if any issue.
