I have topped up $40 pre-pay for vodafone sim since November for my dad's cellphone. He did not use much, and he went back to China this year March and came back to NZ June this year. My dad took the Vodafone Sim Card back to China. His vodafone Sim card has been inactived when he returns. I went to retail store in Botany Downs and they could not explain why it happend and they believe the cellphone no. has been used by someone else already. I showed them the text communications from my cellphone to my Dad's to approve that the cellphone no. does belong to my dad before March this year. And we rang the cellphone no. and there is no response.
